Our trained staff will make daily, weekly, or as needed wellness visits to your loved one in their home or nursing home, assisted living, rehab, hospital, hospice, other facility, etc. and report back with any concerns. We provide peace of mind for families who live away or are busy working. We check on safety, food, medicine, supplies, cleanliness, heating/cooling, pets, grounds, staff, resources etc. We can accommodate personalized requests such as saying a prayer with them, bringing items they need, We can arrange for photographs and video chats with loved ones and can add additional personal care services including sitters and home care aides as needed. Many homebound and facility residents do not receive any visitors so wellness visits can especially be helpful to them
